The Department of Emergency Medicine at Malar Hospital is a state-of-the-art facility to meet the needs of a high-volume, secondary care patient population. The institute is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and treats more than 600 patients on average. The emergency nurses are very skilled in triage and resuscitation. In addition to the triage officer, ED reception, resuscitation bay, triage area, observation area, fast-track OPD, point of care lab, decontamination room, and procedure room, our well-equipped ED has 32 beds.
